You will surely have had a relaxing night and find that a visit to the festival in combination with a hotel is certainly not wrong 😊. For a delicious breakfast I recommend this cosy café just around the corner. Especially the coffee here is phenomenal! Add a delicious croissant or a homemade banana bread and the day can begin. Every Frahlinglover should have been here, in this stylish location, at least once!

It is summer and you are at the sea! What are you waiting for? Pack your swimsuits and off we go to the beach 😊. On the same train line from Lisbon to Algés, further west is Carcavelo beach, ideal for a half-day trip. Here you will find a large beach with fine sand, clear water, surfable waves and an impressive fortress in the background. Jump into the water to cool off and lay down in the sun to relax and get a tan before heading back to the festival in the afternoon. Alternatively, you can go to the more distant Cascais Beach, but the Carcavelos Beach is less crowded.

After the relaxed sunbathing we will go back to the festival area. Today the program includes Vampire Weekend, Tash Sultana, Cut Copy and H.E.R. You will surely be hungry? Get yourself something delicious to eat at the food court, because there are many different stands with the finest local delicacies. The nice thing is, compared to festivals in Germany, the food and drink here is very cheap. Last year you could get fries from 1,50€ and water was also only 1,50€. And also the vegetarians and vegans among you will find something for sure.
Tip for the heavy drinkers among you: Last year there was a special offer: for 30 Heineken cups you could get a festival shirt from previous years.
